Project timelines, costs, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal.
Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
Provide necessary project materials, including logos, content, and images, in a timely manner.
Respond to queries, approvals, and feedback within the agreed timeframe to avoid project delays.
Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party copyrights.
Payments & Refunds
Payment Terms: Clients must make payments as per the agreed terms in the invoice or service
Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance is required before project initiation.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except under special circumstances at our discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, clients will own the final design, website, or marketing materials delivered.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless stated otherwise by the client.
Any third-party software, plugins, or stock images used in projects remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., Google rankings, ad conversions) but will use best industry practices.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers, hosting services, or platform downtimes.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project with a 10 day written notice.
If terminated by the client, fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will not share your data with third parties without consent.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in Noida, India.
